After your injection please avoid excessive heat, workouts and  swimming for the rest of the day

Be gentle

Please avoid scrubbing, Rubbing or Scratching your skin.

Please avoid waxing or facial procedures for at least 1-2 weeks

 Avoid these 24 hours prior

NSAID's: Aspirin, Aleve, Ibuprofen, etc.
